Police officers in Columbus, Ohio, were hailed as heroes after they bravely rescued residents from a devastating house fire.

While on their way to respond to a different call, these officers noticed a home engulfed in flames nearby and wasted no time in jumping into action.

In a remarkable display of bravery and selflessness, they managed to save four individuals from the burning house.

Though one of the residents remains in critical condition, there is hope as her condition shows signs of improvement.
