'Cake Boss' Star Buddy Valastro Sheds 40 Pounds with Fasting and Portion Control

Renowned baker Buddy Valastro, known as the 'Cake Boss,' has undergone a stunning transformation, shedding 40 pounds through a combination of fasting and portion control.

Valastro's weight loss journey began after a life-altering hand injury that nearly derailed his career. In September 2020, his right hand was severely injured in a bowling pinsetter accident, leading to multiple surgeries to repair the damage.

The 'Cake Boss' is now hosting two exciting shows: 'Legends of the Fork,' where he explores renowned American restaurants, and 'Buddy Valastro's Cake Dynasty,' which follows his family's expansion of Carlo's Bake Shop.
