Al Pacino's girlfriend, Noor Alfallah, has filed for custody of their infant son, Roman, according to court documents obtained by Fox News Digital.

Despite the custody filing, it has been confirmed that Pacino and Alfallah are still together and have come to agreements regarding their child.

Alfallah is requesting joint legal but sole physical custody, while allowing Pacino the 'reasonable right' of visitation.

The couple, who welcomed their son three months ago, currently reside in separate residences.

When asked about Alfallah's decision to file for custody while still in a relationship with Pacino, his representative stated that it would be best to ask her directly.

Al Pacino, known for iconic roles such as in 'The Godfather,' recently surpassed his friend Robert De Niro as the oldest Hollywood dad, expecting a child at the age of 83.

This is the first child for Alfallah, who has previously been linked to Mick Jagger and Nicholas Berggruen.

Pacino has four children from previous relationships, including a daughter with his ex Jan Tarrant and twins with Beverly D'Angelo.
