Antisemitic flyers have been discovered in an Orange County community, leaving residents deeply disturbed and concerned. The flyers, which bear the headline 'Jews wage war on American freedoms!', were found across the neighborhood and on vehicles on Tuesday morning, as reported by KTLA.

The flyers were prominently placed on cars near Harwood Street and Chapman Avenue, still visible to many. The sight of these hateful messages stirred a sense of fear and unease among residents.

The Anti-Defamation League (ADL), an organization committed to fighting antisemitism, was specifically targeted in the flyers. The text on the flyer accuses the ADL of working with US intelligence agencies and social media companies to suppress discussions about Jewish influence in politics, finances, and media. It claims that the ADL has been instrumental in reporting individuals for alleged hate speech.

Despite not being illegal, the Orange Police Department encourages residents to report incidents of flyer distribution to authorities so they can keep a close eye on the issue. Kari Ratkevich, an Orange resident, expressed her deep distress, stating, 'Someone is placing propaganda like this on our cars. It doesn't belong here and it doesn't belong in America.'

It is important to note that this incident occurs in the aftermath of the recent Hamas-Israel conflict, which has seen a surge in tensions and violence. The death toll continues to rise on both sides, with over 2,300 people killed as of Wednesday.

The spread of these antisemitic flyers further highlights the need to address and confront hate speech and discrimination in our society. It is crucial for communities to stand together against such bigotry and support organizations like the ADL in their efforts to combat antisemitism.
